We are long-established Sukiyaki and Shabu-Shabu restaurant in Iwate. There is butcher’s shop on the first floor and Sukiyaki and Shabu-Shabu restaurant on the second floor.
We serve only "Maesawa Beef" which has six times been awarded first prize in Japan for its meet quality and our reliable brand "Sasachu's Choice Beef" which is high quality Japanese black beef.
We serve Kanto-Style Sukiyaki although the sauce and soup are not combined but 2 separate original flavors. Our sauce is a secret sauce which has been made by adding to the original over a long period of time.
Sukiyaki is beef and vegetables boiled together in a special sweet sauce.
The ingredients for Sukiyaki are meat, vegetables, eggs, special sauce, soup, and Udon.
Our staff will first cook the Sukiyaki for you.
When the meat has been cooked about this much it is ready to eat.
Please dip the meat and vegetables in the egg when eating.
If the flavor is too weak add a little sauce.
If it’s too strong add some soup.
Continue with the meal by adding more meat and vegetables to the pan.
Finish the meal with Udon. When the pan is empty add the Udon noodles with plenty of soup and sauce and boil.
When the Udon noodles have boiled eat them alone of after dipping in the egg.
